Shipping policy

At Mon Rrouge, we know you are excited to receive your curated finds, and we are just as excited to get them to you! Because each item is carefully prepared for shipment, please review our standard processing and shipping timelines below.

Order Processing Time 

All orders require 3 to 5 business days to process before they are shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Estimated Delivery Times 

We currently ship only in the USA. We’re working in making our items available to more regions soon.
Once your order has been processed, please allow 6 to 13 business days for standard delivery.

Customs and Import Taxes 

For our international customers, please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply upon delivery. Mon Rrouge is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
