At Mon Rrouge, each item is carefully curated and prepared for shipment shortly after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, we want every customer to have a positive experience. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

• Your order does not arrive

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

EU & EEA Customers

Customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
